Palo Santo’s Wine List has over five dozen carefully selected wines from South America and New York State representing the best of Latin America and the best of what is local. The bottles offered cover the basics such as fruity Argentinean Malbec, dry Chilean Cabernet and aromatic Fingerlakes Riesling as well as some quirkier wines to round out the list.
Imported Latin American beers are available in bottles and cans as well as local craft brews on tap. Order the Michelada for a spicy Mexican style beer cocktail made with fresh lime juice, salt and our homemade fermented chile paste!
